My partner and I want our Council House, who is 26 and works part time at a desk (16h) a week.I am 30 and independent, as I was to buy 18, the only problem is that working people around me pay cash / checks.I good money, but money through the books of the IAM, and low wages.

Then I had a deposit that can help?
They paid rent of £ 60 per week, and I think that the mortgage was not much.
