Do any chain stores sell loading/cleaning kits for muzzleloaders? - muzzleloader cleaning kit
This is a lock, Percussion 50 Cal. I have the rest of the data in writing at home. Dick's sells most of the things they need, but here we are KMart all supplies for this type of weapon. Maybe I should go to an exhibition of weapons?

ReplyDeleteStores like K-Mart and Wal-Mart stores are seasonal and will not carry hunting supplies and accessories throughout the year. I know that my son works at Wal-Mart sporting goods. Now they have some supplies from Turkey hunting season have come in Turkey this month, but all other materials have almost disappeared. They are cleaning for rifles and pistols, but that's all.
K-Mart, on the otherhand here in WV, at least, is pretty anti-gun and anti-hunting. They bring nothing more difficult for the shooter or hunter.
A local sports store should be all you need and when you need it.

ReplyDeleteYou only need a bucket, some liquid Tide, a cleaning rod, a small piece of cloth a can of WD-40 and a little oil weapon. I buy my equipment cleaning patch fabric department at Wal-Mart.
